Our values.
Create what others can’t
We bring a unique approach to problem-solving, combining creativity, deep expertise, and innovative thinking to deliver solutions that others may overlook or deem impossible. This value speaks to a bold mindset that thrives on pushing boundaries and reimagining what’s possible. If other's say "it's impossible", we'll be the ones to want to prove them wrong.
Bring a point of view
We value informed opinions and assertive thinking. Bringing a well-rounded perspective not only demonstrates expertise but also challenges others to think differently, ultimately enhancing the quality of decisions and strategies. Being silent in a room is of value to no-one.
Do good in the world
We are committed to making a positive impact in everything we do, from helping our clients succeed to contributing to broader societal well-being. This value encourages working with integrity and a deep sense of responsibility to others and the planet.
Strive for excellence, always
Excellence is our standard, not our goal. Whether in client delivery, internal projects, or personal growth, we are driven by a relentless pursuit of improvement and mastery.
Things we care about.
At Five, we recognise the importance of playing a role in creating a better future for our planet and the people who live here. We're not big, but we are committed to play our part, and add our voice, energy, and resources to supporting things that matter to us.
Supporting the planet
Five believes in doing good for the world, and is proud to partner with Ecologi to fund global reforestation. So far, we have supported over 50 projects around the world focused on methane reduction, forest regeneration, biogas energy, wind energy, rainforest protection, solar energy, and water access.
If you believe in these causes, then you can join us in funding more global impact - we’d love to see your trees growing alongside ours.
We've planted over 2,300 trees around the world, and commit to do so every month. Every time we run an event that requires the use of paper, we plant 100 trees.
We're mindful of the impact that our travel can have on our carbon footprint, so take proactive steps to minimise unnecessary travel where possible, and always offset our carbon emissions when travelling by air.
Through our efforts, we've managed to actively fund the removal of almost 40 tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, and saved over 100 square metres of sea ice.
