Based in Auckland, he has held key positions at major companies including Spark, Computer Concepts Ltd (CCL), and Vodafone NZ; ranging from Head of Care Transformation, Product Tribe Lead, and GM of Technology & Customer.

His expertise spans establishing cloud strategies, pioneering electronic monitoring solutions, and enhancing collaboration through technology consolidation.

Dan has led diverse teams of up to 450 staff and is known for his ability to develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction and engagement while minimizing churn. In addition to his corporate achievements, he has entrepreneurial experience from running his business, and has been a mentor with the First Foundation since 2017. H
